As part of CHED K to 12 Transition Program Management Unit’s (K to 12 PMU) effort to further improve the services provided to scholars, higher education institutions, partners, and other stakeholders, K to 12 PMU may ask for personal information from the aforementioned data subjects through the inquiry form and other systems.
The K to 12 PMU hereby declares its commitment to the protection of privacy of its stakeholders in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). The K to 12 PMU shall use the information for administrative and grant processing purposes, and for whatever purpose deemed essential, keep all information strictly confidential, and shall not reveal to any person or entity or use any information at any time unless expressly directed by government or required by law, and with the express consent of the data subject.
This privacy policy strictly applies to K to 12 PMU’s inquiry form and website, and shall not in any way be applied to the Commission, and other government agencies who may have their own privacy policy.
