NEXT STEPS
LOGGING ON TO THE KALIBRR PLATFORM
- The Commission will provide approved IRSE Nominees with their personal log-in details for their Kalibrr account.
- In order to log in, an IRSE nominee must go to www.kalibrr.com and log-in as a Jobseeker using the log-in details forwarded to them.
- After logging in, IRSE nominees may now begin customizing their profile which includes changing the default password.
- Upon completion of their profile, IRSE nominees may now visit the private job board links provided directly by the Commission. After accessing these links, nominees may now apply for the engagement postings available in the private job boards. Only CHED-accredited partners are allowed to post their engagements in these private job boards.*Please take note that IRSE nominees SHOULD ONLY APPLY to the engagement posting in the Private Job Boards provided here. Engagements not found in these Private Job Boards are existing job offers from other companies who are using the Kalibrr platform.** A nominee can only apply for the engagements posted in the sectors or components that he/she was nominated for. For example, a person who was nominated for Industry and Civil Society cannot apply for engagement postings in the Government job board.
COMMENCEMENT OF THE ENGAGEMENT
- During the conduct of engagements, IRSE grantees are required to submit a scanned copy of their monthly accomplishment report duly signed by the supervisor assigned to them by the sectoral partner to CHED (irsegrants.ched@gmail.com) on the 20th day of the month. Failure to submit the accomplishment report may lead to delays in the disbursal of the grants.
- For engagements that will start during the middle of the month, the deadline for the submission of the monthly accomplishment report is on the 30th day of the month.
- The amount to be disbursed is proportionate to the duration that the grantee is officially engaged with a sectoral partner, that is, upon release of Certificate of Award. In other words, for grantees that start their engagements during the middle of the month, they will only receive half of the monthly grant allocated for them.
- Grantees will be assessed during the middle and the end of the term. Templates for mid-term and end-term assessment will be provided to the sectoral partner.
- Upon completion of the specified duration of the engagement, grantees must submit a certificate of completion duly signed by their host sectoral partner (template provided to partner).

- For engagements that will start during the middle of the month, the deadline for the submission of the monthly accomplishment report is on the 30th day of the month.
- The amount to be disbursed is proportionate to the duration that the grantee is officially engaged in the conduct of the research, that is, upon release of Certificate of Award. In other words, for grantees that start their engagements during the middle of the month, they will only receive half of the monthly grant allocated for them.
- At the end of the specified engagement duration, IRSE grantees under the research component must submit a copy of their deliverables, subject to the work plan and project proposal, to the IRSE team via e-mail (irsegrants.ched@gmail.com).
