The nomination period for IRSE grants under the K to 12 Transition Program for the June 2016 intake is OFFICIALLY CLOSED.
Thank you to all sending HEIs (SHEIs) that have submitted their nominations on time. You will be able to view the status of your nomination by institution through this page. Presented below is the SHEI Nomination process. The embedded excel sheet will be showing three types of status updates:
STATUS #1: RECEIVED
The latest hard copy submission has been received by the Instruction, Research and Sectoral Engagement (IRSE) Grants team, and is lined up for screening / evaluation.
STATUS #2: SCREENING
The nominations are being screened based on the following:
- SHEI Nomination & Faculty and Staff Development Plan
- Completeness of faculty requirements
- Eligibility and qualification of SHEI nominees
- The shortlist of nominees who have passed the three screening gates above will be endorsed to the Technical Working Group (TWG) for final vetting of potential scholars, to be evaluated based on quality of justification.
STATUS #3: RELEASED
The SHEI nominations have been vetted and the list of scholars have been approved by the Commission En Banc (CEB) and posted on this site and the CHED K to 12 Facebook Page.

We highly encourage that the tracker below would be used as the main reference to check your institution’s submission status as this is updated real-time.
