ONLINE LEARNING RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR ACCESS

The Commission on Higher Education is pleased to announce the availability of Online Learning Resources for the grantees of Scholarships for Graduate Studies – Local (SGS-L). This provision aims to: 1) aid HEI faculty and staff in their scholarly endeavor while pursuing graduate studies as scholars of CHED; 2) expand their existing information resource; and 3) provide easy access to high quality and up-to-date information relevant to their field of specialization.

SGS-L grantees may now request for access to the following online resources through the form below. A response shall be sent to the registered e-mail address.

Note: For 2017 approved nominees, kindly ensure to comply with the requirements found on this page to be able to receive access to the different online learning resources.

Proquest Central and ProQuest Dissertation and Theses ProQuest enables access to rich and varied information including the world’s largest collection of dissertations and theses; 20 million pages and three centuries of global, national, regional and specialty newspapers; more than 450,000 ebooks; rich aggregated collections of the world’s most important scholarly journals and periodicals; and unique vaults of digitized historical collections from great libraries and museums, as well as organizations as varied as the Royal Archives, the Associated Press and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
