Civil Society Partnerships

CIVIL SOCIETY ENGAGEMENTS possess the highest potential in making academe respond effectively to social and economic needs of communities. It is also a unique opportunity to not only inform instruction and curriculum, but also to help faculty in presenting Development work as a viable career option for students.

Partnerships between academe and civil society allow for mutually beneficial experiences. Through immersion in field and development work, faculty can use their expertise in research, instruction, and theory building.
