CHED extends faculty and staff development programs to displaced HEI personnel

The CHED K to 12 Transition Program is now extending grants to HEI personnel displaced due to the implementation of the K to 12 Basic Education Program.

As with the programs available to deloaded but retained personnel, these aim to upgrade qualifications of personnel and mitigate the impact of the K to 12 Transition Period (AY 2016-17 to AY 2020-21).

Eligible faculty and staff are former teaching or non-teaching HEI personnel have been displaced between AY 2015-16 to AY 2020-21 due to the implementation of the K to 12 Basic Education Program.

The Commission is calling for applications, with deadlines of the first call as follows:
Submission of Online Application – 21 October 2016, 5:00 PM
Submission of hard copies of the executed application form, together with supporting documents to CHED Regional Office – No later than seven (7) working days after the deadline or on 2 November 2016, 5:00 PM

Graduate Education Scholarships
Sectoral Engagement Grants
Professional Advancement Grant
Postdoctoral Study Grant
Senior High School Support Grant
